You can post it on which merged with trulia last month. Find your home on Zillow and you can post an open house. Let me know the address and I may stop by.

if you want to see a good range of your homes value go to and go to the home values tab. Once there enter your address and it will give you a report of the value. This is the same report that lenders use when you apply for a loan or refinance. Great tool. ... more

I am very familiar with the Subdv. My home is right behind you. I would be happy to visit your home to see how it compares the homes sold above. At that point we can discuss stratedgy and a direct marketing plan to get your home sold. Please respond if you are interested. I look forward to hearing from you.

Don... I feel that 2008 will FEEL like a better market because the worst of the financial crisis is behind us. From May to August it seemed that we were losing loan programs and lenders by the minute. That will not happen in 2008 so that alone will relieve a lot of stress from buyers and agents alike.

I do not think that we will see any major improvements in 2008 with a reduction in the number of listings. 2008 will remain a strong buyers market. I believe that 2009 will be the year we begin to see the large gap between the number of listings and the number of buyers decrease. 2010 will be a great year for real estate... that is my prediction. Of course, a lot rides on the who makes it into the White House.

There are still a lot of unrealistic sellers that need to get real on pricing.
