Laura Giannotta answered:
If a home is in pre foreclosure it is not necessarily for sale. If it says pre foreclosure $315, that's the amount that is in default, and not what the home would eventually sell for.

STOP!!

Don't pay to "join" a site. Those sites are not accurate, up-to-date, or complete. Besides, there's no need to.

Virtually any foreclosure that's for sale is listed on the MLS. (In some cases, lenders will list them on their own websites.) For those listed on the MLS--and, again, that's just about all of them--any Realtor can access that information and provide it to you for free. The specific lender websites are free, too.

Under no circumstances should you pay for foreclosure information.

Hope that helps.

Sorry Lynns720,

That property is under contract and scheduled to close 5/15/2012.

You might not think it's the property you requested, the amount you quoted is the mortgage amount owed, not the market value of the property.

If you'd like information on any homes please feel free to contact me directly.
