2013 UPDATE: Sales are up in South Walton County and Inventory is down. Therefore prices will start to rise both for rentals and second home buyers.

Yes, we are expecting another 2 years however the market appears to be in the recovery stage. Part of the reason for another 2 years is because of the type of loans that were written. Our market is very hot and inventory is low, At this point we have the buyers for them. I am hoping that banks will release some of the shadow inventory unless it got legs and walked away another direction.
