Ranch Bernardo Schools are great. The homes prices are great. The inventory at present is very low in the area.

Where are you moving from? How old are your dear sons?

Please let me know if I could be any assistance to you.

Hi,

When looking for any type of rental, your best bet is Craigslist. 85% to 95% of all rentals leased in San Diego County are found using Craigslist. It is used to advertise rentals by owners, property management companies and agents alike.

They have a section just for vacation rentals, below is the link. In the search box, put the zip code and enter the rest of your parameters. There are boxes to check for the type of pets you have. Check often and call/e-mail right away as many rentals move quickly!

Best of luck to you,

You need FBS. Rentals are what we do. Rentals are all we do. Rentals are who we are in San Diego for more than 4 decades. We currently operate rental properties in 69 zip codes throughout the region. We have become the best center for resources essential to renters by choice as well as independent rental owners. We bring industry Best Practices to both. I appreciate the nearly 10,000 Trulia visitors that keep up with my profile as well as the 50,000 that follow Neil Fjellestad's blog. However, my perspective is only one thing that makes FBS the industry leader it is. Our unsurpassed team, our systematic approach to leasing & rendering service to our renters, our daily incorporating technologies that others are just talking about are all reasons for our leadership. But our leadership only matters when it matters to you. First, visit our website http://www.fbs-pm.com then contact our North County Office. 858-487-4004. Start by spelling what you need and if there is an available rental home on our site that you have interest in. You will be talking to people that know the neighborhoods you're searching. You may find it quite difficult to rent a Manufactured Home in a rent/lease park/community. Most lease agreements don't permit it. Community owners and managers don't want to have to worry about chasing rent from a once removed tenant that they have no direct lease committment from.

You could possible find a resident owned manufactured home community whereby the homeowners also own their own space and don't have to answer to a community owner or a manager. They would also know if there were any stipulations in their CC&R's that prohibited or limited sub leasing. Good luck.

She'll direct you from there. Your requirement for no carpet throughout could be tough to accomodate. Be prepared as to what other requirements you could compromise. If you get involved with a rental that is planning a flooring improvement but the work hasn't been accomplished yet maybe you can negotiate something. The problem of course is that quality rentals within the 92106 and 92107 neighborhoods are in short supply and there is high demand. If you branch out to 92108 you will be within a 10 mile radius of Point Loma but have twice the selection. Let me know how you make out. Neil ... more

Posting here will probably not help. This is a community post. You will want to click on the "help" button on the top right of the page and contact Trulia directly.
You also might want to call the NY police department and file a police report. Not sure if it will help, but I Think it's good to document these criminals as much as we can. I hope that our justice system will come up with a better way to catch all of these online criminals.

Hi Kathy,

This property you are viewing does not appear to be valid. First, I did a search of the name and number of this agent and he appears to be posting properties all over the state. He is using a screen shot of Google Street View to post his pictures and he has assigned an ID that is not in sync with our MLS. The price of this listing is also much lower to what other homes are renting for. I would recommend to contact someone local out here to help you directly. Thank you.
