Health ins depends on your employer. Utilities about 150 a month for electric, 50 for basic cable, 50 for water , sewer and trash another 40. There really isnt a hands down best school in that area. Probably Bear Creek or Woodlawn. Houses in Gulfport are a little more expensive than St. Pete but they are on the decline. Lots of African Americans moving into the neighborhood. ... more

I would start with your landmarks. How good are your beaches? Any significant resorts or resting places? People still are coming to Florida on vacations.
