There are 8 rentals in Windham NH from 1395-3500. Lots of questions to ask. How many bedrooms do you need, apartment or home, pets? When is your move in date?

Trulia does not list rentals. if you are looking for a rental your best option is to contact a local agent who can handle this for you.

Hi, Lin:

Just a note to say that I have been successful working to find sellers who are willing to do lease purchases and have developed a set of tools to help agents educate their seller clients on why they should consider the lease purchase. If you are an agent working with a prospective buyer as buyers agent, then these tools are really helpful and I am glad to share them with you. From time to time I also work with buyers who want to put together an option better than what is available from the rental pool. No charge for the tools, just a public service. Of course, if you would like me to pursue agents about desirable listings using these tools, I would be glad to do so as a buyers agent. No cost to buyers as the fee is derived from sellers at the closing.
