The bus is a great option, but if you leave from any of the surrounding towns you have the train into the city as well. There is also a park & ride bus in Montvale, which is nonstop to the city. Yes, River Vale has a downtown on the southern end of town. I have lived in River Vale for the past 20 years and can answer any questions you may have about River Vale or its neighboring towns. Probably not. Even without signing there is still a procuring cause on the orig agents actions leading to the offer. It's tough sell. the agent should have had you sign. But that doe not reduce the fact of the actions leading to you buying the house. This is now between the agents. I know you want the other agent to handle this now, but your new agent will understand the possible implications. if you are having a problem with agent then ask for a unconditional release. Unless there has been some time between the 2 offers? then maybe!

There is are a couple of developments currently being built, both in Montvale. One is called Valley View, and the other one is called The Enclave.

They are very different prices and Valley View is almost all built out, and The Enclave is just starting.
