The real difference is that the current market is showing signs of the frenzy of just a few years ago with not only multiple offers often over list price, but often all cash offers way over asking with no appraisal contingencies. How can a regular buyer compete.....they can't until inventory picks up and we shift back to a balanced market. ... more

My company specializes in marketing and sales of new homes and land in the South Bay. I work with several reputable builders in the area and I would be happy to get you the information that you need.

Are you looking for comps on the lots so that you can sell them at a fair price? Or are you looking for quotes to have the land built out? Do you have approved plans, which will increase the value? Have you considered partnering with a builder, and sharing in the final proceeds?

Values in lots will increase or decrease depending on location within South Redondo. An exact address would be helpful.

Let me know what you are looking for and I will get you the information that you need.

Feel free to call or email me directly.

Hi Luke,
The average day on market varies. There is no clear cut answer to that question. We are still seeing properties in a certain area that are priced correctly and in great shape sell within 7 days with multiple offers.
Condos are taking the longest. I had a condo in North Redondno Beach that took 9 months to sell.
The average listing price varies depending on what type of property and where it is located.

Hello Seamus,

I own an investment home in Redondo Beach and the market is RED HOT! You might also want to consider less pricey areas such as Long Beach where your ROI would be even better.

Please let me know how I can be of help! I can be reached at 310-890-3271 or maggie@svi-inc.com

Sincerely,

Maggie
