If you already have a tax bill, and it shows mello roos fee, then you have mello roos. There are other direct levy taxes that you might have that are not "mello roos" but are added to the bill. If you have questions about your property tax bill, you should check with the county. They would be able to explain the bill. You could also look in your paperwork for the purchase of the home. Depending on what company was used to report natural hazards, it might also list your property taxes and direct levies. Property ID I know does.
