this is a good start, you may want to also consider placing ads in town topics,princeton packet and craigs list. Obviously get an agent here to assist also. It sounds though as if you are also looking at sharing a house which Realtors are much less able to assist in. Terms like quiet are relative, there are studio apartments on Nassau street which is the main thorough fare. That said its still quiter than other towns. ... more

you wont be in Princeton for near that amount. I currently have a 2 bed house in Princeton at $1950 and it among cheapest around. You will likely have to go closer to Trenton and even there it isnt easy. (I am getting $1050 for a 2 bed flat in Hamilton and have a second floor 2 bed unit on for $900/ mo) I suggest you expand your area. If your credit is decent consider buying as there are areas where you can buy cheaper than renting. ... more
