It is a very nice town, the beaches are exellent , not sure if you ever heard of PT. Pleasant Boardwalk but that is also where you'll find Jenkinson's Beach & Boardwalk ammenities which is a terrific family atmosphere, clubs/bar/restuarants for the nite life as well as local stores & ammenities.

Feel free to contact me if you would like to see properties in this or surrounding Jersey Shore Areas.

Here is a Pt. Pleasant Link for you :

Alicia,

I would first ask what feedback your realtor has provided.

Then, don't let the $75k down in a year disuade you as seller may have been $75 overpriced.

All you can do is present the facts, together with other statistical data about the state the market that most realtors usually have in their tookbox.

Sincerely,
Francesca Patrizio, Broker Sales Associate, ePro, SRES
