No, the moderators of Trulia need to remove this listing that is FOR LEASE at $900 per month. This property has been leased in the past at $2,000. The listing you referenced is not genuine.

Hi Abhay-

I send you a CMA on leased on homes in your subdivision to show you what homes are leasing for, based on size and amenities inside the home.

Typically the management fee to manage rental property is 10% of whatever the monthly rent is, that is the monthly management fee. The interface with the client, handle problems/repairs, money, leasing etc.

Ebby Halliday has a great corporate management team and handles many properties in the DFW area.

I would be happy to assist you with your decision. Feel free to text, call or email.

Best regards,

In many cases it depends on what has caused the low score. Typically a higher security deposit is required to overcome any concerns the landlord might have.

If you need help locating a lease property just let me know!

Ask your caseworker for a list available rentals; check with local realty offices, or work with an agent; check local print media for by owner rentals; word of mouth, etc.

3-4 days is probably enough to FIND a rental, but getting the credit/background checks done and all will take a bit longer. The last week of May is probably not too early to start looking.

I would love to help you. I have a lot of tools that will allow you to sign your contracts from your current location so that you are not having to deal with faxing or scanning documents.

Give me a call or shoot me an email if you are interested.

It has been my experience that my short sale clients don't have a really hard time finding someone who will rent to them. It is very important that you tell the landlord or property manager about the short sale up front. If you don't tell them and they find out by running your credit, they probably won't rent to you because they will wonder what else you are hiding. If your honest about it, they usually understand, especially if you had to short sale your home because you were moving out of the area for work. If you have paid the rest of your bills on time, you should be o.k. ... more
