Don Murray answered:
Hi Wmickels,

I only see 10 MLS listings for sale in Avignon, and 7 of them are new construction being sold by the builder.

That leaves just three previously occupied homes listed for sale. I would not think this is any reason to be alarmed. We can only speculate as to their reasons for listing their homes.

Kindest regards
Don Murray

There is no community pool in this neighborhood. However, the City of Plano has a wonderful public pool not far away at the Oak Point Community Center. There are also several homes for sale in that community with pools. If I can be of further assistance, please a contact me. I am available at 214-405-4448.

Most townhomes have a high turnover rate. Many times, the buyer is single and wants a low maintenance lifestyle. After a few years, they possibly get married and start a family so they sell and purchase larger. These townhomes are in a great area, centrally located in Plano. Are you looking at purchasing a townhome? If so, I'm available to talk now... 214-405-4448 ... more

Check out this link: http://www.gosection8.com/portal/plano to find Section 8 Housing information for the city of Plano.

If you want information on schools, you can download a free PDF off of my website at www.BrianRayl.com under the "BUYERS" tab that will give you the rankings of the schools.

Good luck!

It seems like you question got jumbled. If you are asking if it is possible to buy a house in Plano for $155k, the answer is yes. Most of these houses will be in the 1,500-2,000 SF range in older neighborhoods. Please let me know if you need a real estate agent to help you relocate. ... more

Hulya H. Erol-Garvett answered:
It is very simple solution for you. Just call real estate company (Keller Williams, or any other big ones) and ask to speak with broker - NOT with realtor. And explain your concern about realtors and the broker will assign you hardest working, full time realtor.

Melissa Hailey answered:
Lori,
You can usually find that information through the Tax Appraisal District in your area. Here are a few links that may have the information you are looking for.

http://www.collincad.org
For homes in Collin County

http://www.dallascad.org
For homes in Dallas County

Please keep in mind that this information isn't updated immediately after the sale, it may take some time before the county office gets the information updated. Good luck! I hope you find what you are looking for.

If you need any further information, please feel free to call or visit us on-line anytime.
