I live in Chandler (South East of Phoenix) and when I watch the news we and Queen Creek are generally a couple of degrees cooler. I don't think it makes a big difference in the grand schemes of things. The outskirts of the valley tend to get cooler but can also get hit hard when thunderstorms roll in. Hope that helps! ... more

That depends on many factors. Are you planning to rent or buy when you get here? What kind of lifestyle do you want to have? If you are wanting to have a nicer home then you will need more than if you are wanting cheaper housing. There are probablly many other things that will need to be taken into account as well. It is nearly impossible to give you any kind of a dollar figure with this very limited information. ... more

Once you get inland, or at least not near the appropriate fishing area, (read FRESH lobster in Texas), what you will end up with is FRESH FROZEN.
That is what the majority of fish eaters eat!
Fish starts to deteriorate minutes after being caught; it needs to be frozen immediately!
If it's hours or days to the table, it could be re-frozen five or six times.
Just a fact of life.

Loren Hoboy answered:
This is the question many buyers want to know, and the question agents aren’t allowed to answer by law. We want to answer all your questions, but disclosing details about crime, racial makeup and other details about neighborhoods is a big no-no for agents. Here is a link to the crime information you need.

As far as rental rates and vacancy go, when you select a Buyer's Agent, they can research that information for you based on the size and type and age of the property you are considering.

Happy hunting.
