Shari-love to answer for you, yet didnt have address of condo..anyway since the Hard Rock is at state rd 7 and Stirling Rd in Ft. Lauderdale you can typethat in to google maps search/directions with the address of the condo as starting and Hard Rock as destination..Hope this helps..oh and they have some great restaurants there as well as in the area..Contact me as I am a Hollywood resident a realtor and a real foodie...

Rental demand is high depending upon which zip code you are looking in; end users on the beach 33019 are mostly seasonal Canadiens and Europeans escaping the cold, further west 33021 is more single family with a mix of condos as well..

You would need to pay real estate taxes just like us!

Some state, like Florida, you can get a homestead discount because it is your primary residence.
