I just sold (closing is Tuesday actually) a nicely upgraded 1 bed/1ba condo in neighboring Mar Vista for $325,000. So based on that, depending on the condition and exact location, I would say between $275K and $335K. Of course I could give a better assessment if I knew the actual building and saw the unit obviously. Here is a link to the property I just sold for you to compare/review:
