Why would you want to know? For what reason? You are not going to be able to call the president of the bank and make a deal. One reason, THEY DON"T OWN it and there for can';t sell it!

When the Bank does complete the process and own the property, they will list it, then and only then, you will be able to have your Realtor take you around the property.

We are a quiet community for the most part. However, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine are only 27 miles away. (Daytona to the South and St. A to the north.) Both have a tremendous tourist population. Palm Coast is a great city of diverse communities. There are no particularly better sections than others but more so your search should be based on what is more important to you and/or your family. The main sections of town are the W's, L's, B's, P's, R's, C's, F's, S's. What is your price range and what amenities are most important to you? The area you asked about is a very large area(32137). More specific info is needed to narrow down the area. Is it a gated community? Does it have a canal? Is it in a flood zone. All these variables affect the price of insurance.
