I think West, West palm e.g Loxahatchee is a very family friendly place to live. I have lived here 10 years and never had an incident. In fact I can't tell you how many times I have forgotten to lock my door at night because I am not concerned anymore. ... more

If they are small dogs, you may be able to find a 2/2 condo within that price range. If the dogs are over 30 pounds each, and if there are more than two of them, you may have some difficulty.

Though I am a realtor who gets makes a commission only when I directly help people find places to live, I am going to direct you to a source that will not involve working with a realtor.

I think you are more likely to find an apartment that works for you using the apartment guide that is available in any Publix Supermarket. If you are not in this area, go to http://www.ForRent.com, and you will be connected to this guide. These apartments are more likely to be pet friendly.

Dear Sana,

This rental that you are inquiring about is in Century Village, which is an adult community. Are you looking for something furnished or unfurnished? Near FAU there is one unfurnished for $850 and one furnished for $800. From there prices go up to $900.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank you.

Best regards,

Personally after living out west in the acreage area for 10 years I am tired of the rural setting. I would go downtown West Palm Beach or maybe over at Abacoa in Jupiter. Both of these places would allow you to enjoy the night life with a short walk/ride home. I guess it is a question of how quiet you want your life to be. ... more

It is a very tight market here, whether renting or buying. I don't know about Trulia but Realtor.com has a very good rental search engine. You may want to check surrounding areas that may be cheaper, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, etc. ... more

If you're looking for a condo in Boca Raton that you and a freind in your 20s can rent, then unfortunately, the condo in Centruy Village tht you're looking at won't work for you. Unless one of you is over 55, you will not be able to live in this community.

You may want to contact a Boca Raton real estate agent and find out what is available. You may also want to check the apartment guide available in any Publix Supermarket in this area.

Charles,

Not sure why you would want to. If you are actively looking for a property you know all too well how few new well priced homes hit the market. Even though I only see a few active listings from Dwelling Direct why on earth would you want to limit your opportunity to find a home that closely matches your needs?

However, there is no way you can filter in this manner on Trulia. If you would like me to set up an auto-notification search for you that will filter out these listing would be happy to help. Feel free to contact me at your convenience so we can discuss your specific needs in detail and design a game plan to successfully meet your objectives.

Charles,

1400/mo is certainly not unreasonable. There are many condos available for many price ranges.
However, if you are willing to adjust your budget you will be able to find something slightly nicer. Many prices are easily bargained.

I am from the Mizner Park area & will be completely honest that the traffic will continue like that on the weekends. Weekdays are not as bad (except during the Rush Hours). These are some things you may eventually get used to .. or perhaps you may look to live just a little west of Route 1 or Dixie Highway to avoid some of the downtown traffic, while still being close enough to enjoy the atmosphere.

I would love to help you find your ideal rental… please feel free to visit my website

Delray is a very dog friendly city, however that doesn't change the fact that most landlords prefer not to rent to someone with multiple dogs. Give me a call, I'd be glad to discuss further and send you available listings in the area that will accept multiple dogs.

Hi Petra.

A rental with this criteria doesn't exist. I would suggest you look at something like Extended Stay by Marriott or Wright by the Sea in Delray Beach.

Good luck.

Alison Hillman answered:
Hi Lourdes,

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
