marc jablon, new harbor realty answered:
The answer to your question is "very little." That is because this West Palm Beach home is in the Ibis Country Club, which is a beautifully maintained golf and country club west of West Palm Beach.

Your country club fees, however, which are mandatory, will allow you to use the clubhouse and its dining facilities.

Your HOA mostly goes toward the common area maintenance, the gate and the guards, and basic cable, which is what most HOA fees take care.

If you're looking for a country club lifestyle, Ibis is a wonderful place to live. If you're looking for a well priced home in a very appealing neighborhood, but you do not wish to cover the expenses involved in country club life, then you may want to ask your West Palm Beach real estate agent to help you find a home in another community in West Palm Beach.

Hi Petra.

A rental with this criteria doesn't exist. I would suggest you look at something like Extended Stay by Marriott or Wright by the Sea in Delray Beach.

Good luck.

Since Realtors all belong to a local association and work off of the MLS of that association, in theory all would be coming up with the same results. Good manners would dictate picking the one who comes across as the most informed and most professional and with whom you feel most comfortable working with. Otherwise no, it's not good to string people along. ... more

Hi Lourdes,

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

You should try TD Bank first, since it is a Canadian Bank.
You can also try PNC Bank, since they bought out RBC and committed to continue servicing the Canadian market.

In the meantime, over the next 2 years you can review homes for sale and keep tract of market trends at www.SearchKissimmeeHomes.com . Was this answer helpful? If so please click on the "green thumbs up" or the "best answer".
