I took a look at your listing photos. I am not a Realtor, but first thing I would suggest is to have the photos redone. They look like they were done in the summer, which is a clear sign to potential buyers that your home has been on the market for a while. It is easy for buyers to think that if it has been for sale that long, there must be a reason.
Here is where I will show my lack of objectivity...Before you have your photos redone, hire a stager. Your home appears well cared for, but nothing pops. I have to imagine that many look at your home and say, "it’s nice, but let's keep looking." A stager will help you create a warm and inviting space, where potential buyers can imagine themselves making a home. In this market, what you want is for buyers to walk out of the home saying, "this is the best we have seen so far."
You can use a stager for a quick consultation and do the work yourself, or have them come in and work their magic. If you are considering a price decrease, get the stager in first, get new photos taken and have your agent bump up the marketing of the home. You will save much more money in the long run if you can make your home more appealing and increase the traffic, versus a price reduction.
Best of luck!
