Why would you want to? Data from local MLS and the local website's IDX feed is the most accurate and up to date information and there are usually lots of pictures. I cannot tell you how many times we get inquiries on properties from national sites that are properties that sold 6 months to a year ago. I recommend to everyone to keep up with new listings they should sign up with a local site. ... more

Several "Average Joes" purchased property at the auction. Unfortunately the auction was over a year ago so that opportunity is gone. Check out our website and you can view our current listings in the building. We have two bedroom units listed for 400500, and 1 bedrooms listed for 142000. You would want to consider the condo's restrictions, covenants, rules, etc. Probably low maintanence.

Pre construction has really slowed due to the overall economy, and last years oil spill. I would say that the demand for pre construction is down. You probably will loose your deposit--you have a contract. I would suggest you contact a real estate attorney to look at your contract, but the chances are pretty good that the builder crafted a pretty tight agreement that would prevent buyers from suffering "buyer's remorse". You have to decide as well if it is better to loose the deposit or close on a condo worth less than you are paying for it. ... more
