Could be normal depending on your area, remember there are homes that have been on the market for a year, 1 1/2 years and some with interruption for several years.... The market has changed, it is a buyers market, i.e. there are more homes on the market than there are ready and willing and mostly qualified buyers out there...

Those buyers who can buy, have soooo much to select from, lucky for them, but they will pick the best of the best, and if you were buying you would do the same...

The only way that you can get traffic is reducing your price to make your home attractive, or stage your home
and take new photos to make it more attractive on the internet... Remember in the "olden" days people would
connect with an agent and view all available homes in their price in person.... now it is a bit different they do search on the various sites on the internet or receive listings mailed to them by their agent to preview, and only when they truly like something, either the style, the location or the price will they ask to see ahome in
person.... If your agent has posted your home on the internet he or she may have some information about how often your property popped up in searches and even how often someone looked at the details, all of those are virtual showings (similar to all those people coming in on sunday open houses, or with their
agents)......Take a deep breath, revisit your pricing and staging of your home with your agent and take a
fresh approach. There was a reason why you picked this Realtor in the first place, try to work out together a fresh approach

The question one needs to know is what kind of lease do your tenants have. If they have a lease, typically the lease runs with the sale of the property. The new owner will have to honor the lease. If they do not have a lease - typically written notice with proper documentation that they have received it is required. Contact an real estate attorney if you are concerned that your tenants won't cooperate.
