Hi there,

Do you have a specific units you are interested in? If so, I would be more than happy to get the condo financial and talk to the management. This way you don't have to worry about future assessments that will cost you!

Hi Juduth,

Those HOA's are to be paid per month... Are you in the market to buy something here in the Turtle Creek, or Uptown Dallas area?

Rental versus HOA is a completely different entity in most cases. If they were managed poorly as apartments I don't think that would have any bearning on current HOA management.

One of the downsides though is high HOA dues...nearly $300/month.
I think that is always something to consider.

Hi there! Welcome to the Big D! My home all my life! I'd be happy to help ya take a look at the city, educate you on area's, demographics, convenience's, and everything you need to know to make an informed decision! Our high rise's here are going to be in uptown and also in Addison/N.Dallas area.

First, I would like to hear about what's important to you, unless you have already listed it all here. Then, I would like to meet with you and show you properties that match your criteria on a map and online if you would prefer and then go look at them. I am here to answer your questions. As we drive Dallas, you will see the area's and view the properties and can get a really good feel for Dallas and where you want to be.

Depending upon what your budget to rent is and where you choose, you might not have to downsize!
Feel free to call me and let's get started!
