Anytime I get a zoning question I tell people to call the town hall. The reasoning being that it depends on who you talk to, you'll get different answers!!!!

I am assuming that you are a Realtor asking this questions, Am I right? In that case I suggest you place
this question for discussion with other Realtors instead of in the question and answer section into the
blog section, where Realtors will actually exchange their own thoughts and ideas!!!!
Good Luck to you

Please contact me below and I would be more than happy to share this data with you. I put in a tremendous amount of effort putting this information together so I am not comfortable just posting my data here.

Happy Hunting,

When evaluating long term price cycles you need to break it down to simple supply and demand factors and then rebuild your analysis from there. North Kingston is surrounded by a fair amount of undeveloped land and if you look at what some agricultural areas (look in Delaware now) are going through, existing homes are getting hurt by the glut of available unbuilt land. That being said, if zoning preserves the status quo with land you have the university which will always draw new consumers into the town, keeping real estate demand, and therefore prices moving up. ... more
