Generally the buyer because it will be required by the lender. Otherwise, it's not required, but I don't think I'd buy property without a survey. You can try to negotiate the seller to pay for it in the contract, but if the contract doesn't say the seller is responsible, then he's not. ... more

You may want to browse Zilpy. It's a new online rental resource, similar to Zillow for homes. I've only glanced through it, but it looks pretty helpful.

This should link you right to the area you're considering.

Mario,
Pay 1M dollars and buy every keyword....just kidding....kind of. Really, becoming #1 in goggle takes a tremendous amount of work. Unless you have a lot of experience and time, you are better off having a professional team help you. We most strongly recommend Randy Eagar from Webstarget. www.webstarget.com. I believe in Randy very much. Please tell him Terry referred you. He is the leader in Real Estate Search Engine Op.
The very best of luck.

Bram Luknight answered:
Look for a property manager who works in the area of your property. You want someone that will be driving by the property to monitor it and be close by to show it to propective reters.

Look for someone who already has an inventory of homes for rent in your area, as they will already be talking to tenants.

Try Red Door company, Jeffry & Company or Apple Realty.
