Best places to go skiing tend to be in Pennsylvania around this area; unless you want to go out West to Colorado or Utah! These are the best places that I have found over the years; and they tend to be the most popular.

Blue Mountain Ski Area
Camelback Ski Resort
Big Boulder and Jack Frost

Another great resource for you would be Ski Central. They have a TON of information on everything you need to know about Skiing such as mountain, lodging, restaurants, equipment, etc. Here is a link:

http://skicentral.com/

Best of luck on your ski trip! No matter which you choose, you will have a ton of fun!

Hi there,
Here's an early welcome to Caz! How old are your kids? I have a 4 y.o. and a 7 y.o. and the older has done summer soccer camp and youth baseball for a couple years now. The soccer camp was in August last year, baseball runs from June through August. Here's more info: www.cazsoccer.com and www.cazbaseballsoftball.org. There is also a lacrosse camp and youth "league" in the spring/summer. Great basketball camps held at Cazenovia College by FUNdamental: http://www.fundamentalbasketballcamp.com/

Hope that helps! Info is typically disbursed in the community and signs for registration are posted at Lakeland Park (on the fence). Hope it works out!

If you have any other questions, feel free to email me at nicki@cazhomes.com.

Good luck,
Nicki Donlin

You need to fill out a form and call the town clerk (Kelly Eskew) at 744-2029.

http://townofcrawford.org/town-clerk

this is the link to her page where you can download the form. Details for fees and deposits are on this form as well. This applies to both parks--the one on Lybolt and on Red Mills.

Good luck and have a great time!

Hello Jodie,
I couldn't find the home listed anywhere...... where did you see it for sale?

I looked at the property records and the owner is listed as an individual...... therefore not owned by the bank.

"St Johns park" and "Lincoln Terrace park" are very close to the property.

Hope that helps.

Hello Sheila, the Greenway Heritage Trail is a proposed trail in Staten Island approximately 5 miles in length which would utilize the old railroad track passage along the Kill Van Kull coastline from St. George to Mariners Harbor, and eventually to Fort Wadsworth. The trail could be used as a bike, running, or footpath. It would be part of an overall larger plan to develop Staten Island's waterfront. ... more

Hi Amy,

Realtors cannot disclose to you which Westchester towns have the best schools. It violates the fair housing law. It is up to the buyer to do their own research. You can check out the following link for school information:

www.greatschools.net

Once you have narrowed down your search to which towns that you would like to live in, you can then check out the recreation department for each town and check out their public pools.

As for commuting to NYC via train, you can check out the MTA website. Metro North has 3 lines running through Westchester County: the Hudson, the Harlem and the New Haven. Larchmont is on the New Haven line.

The following is the link for the MTA maps and will point out each station in Westchester County. Green is Hudson, Blue in Harlem and Red is New Haven.

http://mta.info/mnr/html/mnrmap.htm

You can press on each station to get information about that station including schedules and parking.

Once you have done your research then you can work with a realtor who can help you find your dream home.
