Barbara Smith answered:
There are no real estate taxes paid on this home by the homeowner. It is a mobile home so you own the actual home and pay a fee monthly for land rent, but the owner of the park retains ownership of the land your home is on and pays the taxes as such. This particular neighborhood offers other amenities such as a swimming pool and club house.

It is a well maintained community and the community owners/managers do screen new residents before allowing a purchase in the neighborhood..

Please contact me to see this home or any others in the area you may be interested in.

Best of Luck,

Barbara Smith

Your best bet is to call the Transporation dept of the school district - give them the address and they can tell you for sure where they will deliver a child from that address.

Edith Karoline Jasser answered:
I am not quite sure what it is that your asking about

Assessments are for tax purposes....
Appraisals by a bank are for the purpose of according a mortgage loan to a buyer or for
re-financing to a home owner.

Two different things....

The abandoned home next door will strongly come into play if and when putting the home on the market and a potential buyer realizes that the home next door is at the moment an abandoned home, is the
buyer still wanting to buy ?????

Good Luck to you

Yes it should be but due to the way Hamilton splits the school districts it is always best to call the board of Ed and ask them; their number is 609-631-4100 ext 3049.
