The whole area is great. Where you move is only limited to what you want to spend. Price points in Nw Braunfel run from the low 100K to the 500k. Just depends on what you want to spend on a house. This will dictate thheaea you lok in. Let me know if I can help you. I can send you listing on e-mail.

There are tons of great neighborhoods in New Braunfels! We are very blessed to have wonderful areas, 2 great school districts, beautiful parks, etc. Dove Crossing is definitely one of those great neighborhoods. It is a pretty deep subdivision, so if you buy a home that's in the back, it has very little through traffic and many cul-de-sacs. If you would like more information on this subdivision or others, or anything real estate related, I'd be happy to help!
