This really does involve the need of a lawyer. They will have to review both your home inspection results, agreement of sale, as well as the sellers disclosure to see if there is any reason for recourse on any parties.

Real Estate agents are not attorneys and no one on here should give legal advice.

I know that is not really an answer to say "yes" or "no" in terms of your right for recourse but it is the best answer for your situation.
