I personally do not like hotel condos. They are a lot like time shares where you pay the taxes, maintenance and fees with little return. The one you are referencing has a good reputation. I happen to live in Lely Resort where the Greenlinks is located it is a fine property. With three golf courses to choose from the demand is pretty good for the rentals. For the same money you could buy a condo same development and do your own rentals (Check the rental policies on individual associations) Good luck
