Why Use an ABR®: Experienced in Buyer Representation
Buying a home is no small matter. Besides being the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it’s probably also the most complex. There are many good reasons to work with a qualified real estate professional—especially a trained professional who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, representing best-in-class buyer services.

Well 34112 is a big area....

It is where I live...and where they have a lot of golf courses, resorts and some older economical places to live....that are still very close to the "Olde Naples" Area.... so I would have to say it is quite nice....

But so is 34102, 34103, 34103, 34105...or almost any place else in Naples... they are all quite unique and interesting in their own way....

What are you planning on doing with the property? If you are going to purchase it for a long toime hold you should be alright, the values are starting to come back a little. I would tend to lean towards a more stable community, there might be some HOA issues with the short sales and foreclosures popping up in the community. Give me a call so we can talk in more depth.
