You would need to sign a listing agreement. Typically it is a 6% commission paid on the length of the listing term. Then it would go out to the Multiple Listing Service and any agent with MLS access would see it. In addition, I would make an eflier and send it to all the Dilbeck agents. That is about 650 agents. I also have email lists for about 1000 other people.

Please call or send an email if you need help with any of your real estate needs.

Are you looking to rent or to buy? If you're looking to rent, you can try which have a lot of rental listings. Trulia also has a rental section.

If you're looking to buy, I would be happy to help set you up with an excellent real estate agent in that area who can help you out. This can be especially useful since you're moving here from out of state. They can find properties that match your criteria and advise on the best area for you.

Feel free to contact me.
