Caroline,

"Pending" is a universal real estate term that is associated with property that was/is offered for sale but that has a written and accepted contract. This offer may or may not have contingencies that need to be satisfied prior to closing and may or may not be continued to be viewed by the public. This would depend on the specific terms of the agreement.

Hope this is helpful.

Do you have Realtor representation yet? If so, then you should have your agent call the listing agent on this one. It is my understanding they already have several contracts waiting in line for the bank, so it may not be worth your time to even pursue it. At least that is what I was told several weeks ago. They are just waiting to clear a title issue and then move forward with offers already received. So if you DON'T have a Realtor yet and want some guidance in the home buying process, please contact me at judy@franketeam.com! ... more

I would be happy to prepare a complimentary CMA (comparative market analysis) for you with no obligation. Please email me your address to TrendaSells@aol.com. I would need to know a few more details. Is your home a waterfront, waterview or golfcourse home? Do you have a swimming pool? Have you done any significant upgrades to your home? Its more than just $ per square foot that is driving the market. I am happy to assist you with your question however I do need a bit more information. Thanks again. Have a great day! Loaded question.
Fees and rate go hand in hand. Low fee loans have higher rates. Pay more fees for the best rates.

You should apply with an up-front loan officer that will show you how this works.
It is YOUR loan.... it can be set up YOUR way!!
