I'm assuming your interested in listing your home yourself and are not planning on working with a local agent. To list a home on Trulia, you first need to create an account. Then once you are logged on you will see in the upper right hand corner where it says "listings" click on that and that will open the page where you can add a listing.
I would suggest that you would be much better off finding a good local Realtor and working with them. While you may think you can do the job and save some money, do you really understand what you're signing up for?
How do you plan on handling showings, if you plan on being there for everyone I can assure you you're turning off buyers and their agents. Are you prepared for calls at all times of the day to ask about or to schedule a showing? What's your marketing budget and where do you plan on advertising it? Who's going to prepare the contract or counsel you when you receive one? Are you an excellent negotiator or is it possible you may be too emotionally attached? How do you know what to price it for? What about home inspection issues?
I could go on with at least another couple of dozen questions regarding what's involved in a sale, but hopefully I've made the point. The real question I think you should be asking is "How do I find a great local Realtor to sell my home?" I've attached a link below that may offer you some insight into this. When I wrote it for my blog my focus was mainly on helping buyers, but the information it contains is also applicable to Sellers.
