like you could be paying around $1,100 or $1,200 come March.

I think that depends on your definition of "safe." Crime stats for the various neighborhoods in Orlando are published and you can make you own determination on this. Personally, I think the other end of MetroWest is a little nicer and we have a couple of units for rent at the Madison close to the golf course if those are of interest. One-beds are about $750 and 2-beds from about $800. Feel free to call for more info. 407-536-4584.
