We have a 1 bedroom but it also has a huge loft that you can use for a number of things. Check out the link below, then call Adam, our leasing agent, at 407-704-2700.

At the moment there are only two 3/2's in this area in your price range.
One is listed for $950, the other for $1,000 per month. Looks more
like you could be paying around $1,100 or $1,200 come March.
If you are willing to work with me I could check the move in date on
the active listings to see what might be available around your scheduled
time. My office is just off Metrowest Blvd at the corner of Dr. Phillips
and Conroy Windermere Roads. If I can help, call or email me directly
and we could go from there.
All the best to you.

I would suggest Lake Nona to you. A quiet and extremely pretty area, mostly new properties. There is an array of townhouses with 2/2 or 3/2 that are well priced and in safe and pretty communities.
Please let me know if I can help you further.

Never stopped selling. 60 sales in the past year and only 7 on the market. Alas every sale has been for cash.

A 7 months rental will be a challenge as most places will rent on a yearly basis. But you know that already.

Best of luck,

It's still not great, they still have a lawsuit with the developer and it still looks pretty bad on the eye. Why would you want to buy there when there are so many other options? Check out our live MLS link for other metrowest condo options, or see or just call me on the number below. We are based in MetroWest and also manage condos here on behalf of investors.

I think that depends on your definition of "safe." Crime stats for the various neighborhoods in Orlando are published and you can make you own determination on this. Personally, I think the other end of MetroWest is a little nicer and we have a couple of units for rent at the Madison close to the golf course if those are of interest. One-beds are about $750 and 2-beds from about $800. Feel free to call for more info. 407-536-4584.
