You should ask your lender that took care of the financing on your purchase. He or she would be able to help you with this.

We handle property management and rentals. Some choose to have us rent them and not manage, your choice. We can still assist with renting, screening etc.

Great question Steve and I'm sure you are going to get a lot of different responses. It is definitely a seller's market but a lot of variables play into how long a home will be on the market. For one the neighborhood and how the comps are looking. Is it priced on the high end of the market or is it priced to sell? If the home is presented well and the comps support the listing price, then I have seen homes sell the first day on the market. But, like I said a lot of variables play into how long it takes to sell. Hope this helps. If you would like to discuss further please feel free to reach out. Take care.

Hi, many sellers are finding out that now is a great time to sell because there is decreased inventory and strong demand. With some uncertainly about the fiscal cliff and tax related concerns in 2013, the market could be really volatile going forward.

Anyway, I have several listings near Las Sendas, would love to meet with you to discuss the value of your home and answer any and all of your home-selling questions!
