1. Contact your electric power supplier and talk to customer service, they will give you all up to date info.
2. Talk to your accountant, he/she should know which programs have expired and which are active.

Kay, that's a very good question, and there's no easy answer. A modern tiled walk-in will surely play better than the old standard to a large population of buyers. However, there are still some buyers who want/demand a tub. I'd have to look at the whole-house issue, and buyer pool. Is it a one-level home that would pull retirees to your home, or is your market/home better suited for younger buyers? (Retirees will want the walk-in shower large enough to put a seat in for later in their life). Know that if you take away the tub, you'll be excluding from your buyer pool those who want a master bath tub. ... more
