You are obviously not working with a Realtor:
WHY?
A Buyer's Agent is free for the Buyer.
And the way you worded your question, tells us that you need a Realtor to protect you.

I have no problem searching my MLS for a pool. You should try getting a Realtor to search for you and that way it won''t be so hard for you. Room for a pool is a great way to buy and upgrade the property by adding a pool, around here it is a BIG deal. ... more

You don't need an agent that is familiar with VA loans just a mortgage broker. I know Aurora Village on Aurora road west of wickham is VA approved and good value.

Hello,

There are many great communities throughout Brevard County that offer townhomes and most have great amenities. I have included a link with the search for all Townhomes, age 1995-2012 with price range up to $300k. I sorted by area. You may have to copy & paste the link below into your browser.

http://www.brevardmls.com/brv/maildoc/684873_1349464166-Oct-05-2012-3_09_26pm.html

Builders are offering wonderful options as well, depending on the location you narrow your interest in will dictate who the builders are, as they are not all concentrated in the same areas. I have worked with most builders somewhere over the last 11 years selling homes in Brevard County.

I hope this information is helpful, please feel free to visit: www.BrevardHomesToGo.com or www.WatermanRealEstate.net. Our team would be honored to assist you.

Hey Dexmabel,
Eagle lakes was a community developed by Mercedes Homes. I've sold over 80 homes in that area. It is a nice community located by the Palm High School and FIT or know as Florida Air Academy. What I'd recommend you do is call the Palm Bay Police Dept. and ask how this area is. Please let me know if I can assist or help show you these properties or ones like it.
Take Care,
Erik Stennes
