Hi Katy, you don't need to make a website. Any listing placed on the MLS will automatically be fed out to Realtor.com, Trulia, etc. You can simply use one of those links as your website. The point here is you don't want to recreate the wheel. You want to be where the consumers are, and they are on Realtor.com, Trulia, the MLS, etc.

Hi JJ you can have it inspected and then insured this will help greatly with a sale. The other suggetion would be to remove it and install ann above ground though it's much more expensive.

Sounds more like a storeroom to me. When I listed the rooms& dimensions on the MLS,I would call it "other" rather than bedroom. Blocking the door with a bed would present a safety hazard. ... more
