I don't work the area and I'm not even sure who are the providers in the area. Your agent should be a good source for this. You can also contact the providers directly, although I'm not sure if they will advice you of the cheapest possible route.

It probably would be difficult to rent it for two reasons: 1) Location - too far away from the game and 2) Time. I do not endorse or recommend any renting of homes or properties for the "big game" but here is a website that I have heard some people have had success wtih: Consult your legal counsel and tax advisor before entering into any adventure like this.

In a word, yes. The location of central Scottsdale is prime Real Estate, so the new development will only help values. I have yet to try any of the new restaurants, as I typically stick to my old standbys (Z Tejas, Carlsbad Taverns, Tortilla Factory, Frank & Lupes, etc).
