Why are you yelling????. Simply click on the profile of the listing agent and email them asking them what they are. The listing agent can only fill in what Trulia has put in spaces for.

I don't understand about the construction loan because if a person owns a house and they want to tear it down and rebuild it, it doesn't have to be on raw land. So, I'd tell you to go to a community bank or credit union and tell them that you want to restructure the barn for living conditions. It's not going to be easy because there is nothing like it to allow the bank to know if they can sell it if you default. You may have to find another barn conversion to show them the value of the home after it's done. Is the area condusive to barn homes? That's what they'll ask. ... more

This may be an issue that needs to be brought to the attention of her broker or the local board of realtor's grievence board. On the surface this sounds both unethical and unprofessional but as we are often reminded, access to the whole story and accurate information can make a difference. ... more

Boothwyn is fine. Marcus Hook and Trainer have nice parts and some more run down areas. All are pretty safe. The reason that they are pretty low is that the school district is not one of the better ones in the area and because they are pretty close to Chester, which is pretty run down and has its fair share of crime. That being said, the areas are very convenient to both Philadelphia and Wilmington both by car and by train. Drive through the towns and see what you think. ... more
