This property is in Del Webb's Woodbridge an age restricted community where you have to be 55 to move in. They have a clubhouse, putting greens and many other amenities. There is a lot to like about this area. The HOA stands for Home Owners Assn. The dues are approx $180 per month. If you are thinking of moving to the area call or email me and we can get started. Great home :) He is willing to take section 8.. I am not sure of the actual price though to be honest. I can ask his property manager.
