Michelle, I recommend that you contact a local Realtor in your area. If you are thinking of selling you mau want to interview several Realtors. A Realtor can pull up this information using their local MLS system. Apprasiers, at least out here, tend to use the sales comparison method. This is dobe by looking at recent sales (last 3 to 6 months) of similar homes in your area. I think the fasted way for you to find out is to call a Realtor. Good Luck! ... more
