By Law Realtors can't give tell you what the "best" schools are. However, I can tell you a resource for it. Go to www.greatschools.org you can do a search on Madison City Schools and check the elementary options and it will allow you to compare all of the ones in the area. Please call me or email me and I will be glad to help you any way I can.
Thanks

Sally Sue,

There is nothing active on Cloverridge. If you are looking for a home valley MLS is the best place to start. All of these websights pull from there. Also, hudhomestore.com and homepath.com are great locations for accurate information. Please call me if you have any questions or would like to see any home. I can email you a list of homes in your price range and target area if you like.

Regards,
Julie Laten

You can call up a local property management company to see if they have rentals available. You'll get a pre-qualified rental and the landlord would pay for the selection fee. Otherwise, you can hire a real estate agent to help you for the cost of the first month's rent, on average. ... more

Let me suggest you contact some of the leasing companies in the area. They should be able to provide you a list of available Section 8 rentals available. Best of luck!
