Homes in this neighborhood are listed for much more. A local property management company showed me a rental home a few blocks from here on Merlot and it was probably in much better condition than this home. Just saying. ... more

Efrain, the price per square foot is all relative. There are so many things that factor in such as the size of the lot, the surrounding area, the quality of the workmanship, etc.

Exactly what is it that you are trying to price? Are you wanting to build something? Or are you just trying to figure out how much a home with x number of square feet will cost in the summer?

Also, no one knows what is going to happen in this market - prices may stabilize, drop or increase! We will not know for sure until that time comes!
