Joseph you may want to email or call some local agents in your area. They can easily pull the DOM from the MLS for your area.

You have posted this question several times. The answer has not changed.

This house is now Pending. It was foreclosed upon and put up for sale with a list price of $584,900 and was under contract in 10 days.

You seem to be interested in that area of Livermore. If I can be of help to you, please contact me. We can discuss the process of buying a house which includes obtaining listing information as soon as it becomes available and not after every other buyer has had an opportunity to beat you to the house your want.

Currently the home shows as pending subject to lender approval, the status change on 5/3/10. Because it is a short sale the negotiation process can take several months. We will not know the actual sale price until the home is sold. At that time the MLS will be updated with the final price and any concession giving to the buyer.

Let me know if you would like to know about any other homes.

Dear Beachboy:

WOW, who are you listening too? Come on 'dumpy areas' please name three cities here in the Tri-Valley that don't have a neighborhood or few which might be less desirable than another? You need to take a closer look.

On behalf of all LIVERMORE - this town is a wonderful Healthy and Diversified community which calls home to some prestine romantic and elegant estates, and also provides affordable opportunities for new families starting out.

I wouldn't live anywhere else! And to dignify the short sighted views of someone to look down their nose from a sister city is painfully narrow minded.

Give Livermore a chance - I've found character in it's residents, compassion in it's organizations, hope from the educators, and faith from it's spokespersons - Livermore is a brilliant town and so are the thousands of residents who are proud to call it HOME.

The 1/2 acre mark is attainable in Livermore for under $1,000,000 but you will only find one here... one there. Last year you couldn't find a home on a 1/2 acre lot in Livermore for under $1,000,000.

Your focus for this type of property should be in the Brentwood, Byron, Oakley area which is 17 miles east of Livermore. There you will find many more homes on larger lots and the homes are also much larger and they are also newer.

I was showing property yesterday in Livermore and Brentwood. In Livermore there were two homes on 1/2 acre lots under $1,000,000. The homes were @ 2,400 - 2,800 sq. ft., one built in 1997 and one built in 1963.

Just 20 minutes across Vasco Road there were 9 homes ranging in square feet from 2,800 to 3,800 sq. ft. They were newer homes (2 - 6 yeard old) and two of them were single story. Antioch also had a few homes with over 1/2 acre lot. There are also older ranch style homes in Brentwood, Antiock, Oakley and Bether Island under $1,00,000 on 1 - 5 acres if you are considering rural property. You can search the MLS for these homes at my website noted in Web References.

I hope this helps.
