Maxine, You would be correct in that statement for the Sussex County Market. When going thru our active listings data the Month of April had 3,235 active listings in our mls and for the end of October that number has dropped to 2,746 per the Sussex county mls. with that being said we do tend to lose inventory thru the winter Holiday season. If you would like to discuss this and other options, I am happy to assist in any way that I can. Please call me at 302-383-5412 ... more

2. Beebe Hospital
3. Cape May/Lewes Ferry
4. Cape Henlopen State Park
5. Boat marinas, slips, fishing supplies and fuel
6. Shops stores and restaurants open all year.
7. Elementary School & High School
8. Less Traffic
9. Less summer rentals
