Hello leiahuisa,

Safe and nice are relative terms. But I have friends who live in the area and who are very nice, and they are also safe people. There is no place in Las Vegas where there is no crime, and because "nice" is in the eye of the beholder, I have to go by the price of the homes in the area to judge what you might consider "Nice". Based on the price range, I would say it is nice. If I were interested in purchasing a home in that price range, I would feel just fine buying in the area. There are schools, churches, shopping, and transportation all within moments of the intersection you mention. Appraisers would tell you that the area homes are homogeneous.

If you would like to see the crime stats for the area, you can go to:

Best of luck, and thanks for reading

A single family home in that price range will require many thousands of dollars of repairs before you can live there. Are you ready for that?

Steven Goldman, CRS, Realtor answered:
In Nevada, the disclosure of a death in the property only has to be disclosed if the property caused the death. This relates to stair failing or roof falling on a person. Otherwise, deaths in the property do not need to be disclosed if known by the Seller.

Steve Matthews answered:
We have a lot of homes with pools in Las Vegas, but surprisingly, less than 10% of all our homes have pools. North Las Vegas has some great values. If you will give me your price range, I will have my search bot send you an up to the minute list of homes that fit your criteria. As for getting along; most people I know are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves, but go out of their way to help when needed.

Best of luck, and thanks for reading.

Hello Gudway,

As Forrest Gump's Mama always said, "Cheap is in the the eyes of the beholder".... Or something like that. Anyway, can you be a bit more specific as to how cheap? And can you be a bit more specific as to area. Enterprise and Arden don't exist except on paper. Do you mean south of I215 between Eastern on the east, and Mt Potosi on the west? Homes on a minimum of 9000 square feet (approximately 1/4 acre) range from $145,900 on the low side and $5.9 million on the high side. If you can narrow it down a bit for me, I can narrow it down a bit for you. Or as my friend Tom Cruise would say "Help me help you."

No more movie references, just Best wishes and thanks for reading.
