Contact a local agent. They can help you research this home and others. They can set up showings, and help you through the buying process. And this doesn't cost you a penny (the agent's fees are paid by the seller). Check out the Trulia directory (Find a Pro) to find many great agent in your area. Or if you need a referral, let me know.

Good luck,

Quite common for them to pay a %
I would consider it quite customary.

You should have a realtor in YOUR MARKET look and see what % that is.....

Now, you should know that you are really financing those costs since you would be able to get a lower price if they were't paying fees.

Let me know if you need a realtor in your local area. I can look and see if I know a good one there.

The market was up about 15% in sales volume in 2012. Krum specifically is enjoying some growth, I think partially due to the Razor Ranch developement at I-35 and 380. Rural properties are still a little slow, but have definitely improved. Interest rates are excellent right now, so it certainly seems like a great time to buy. My office is nearby in Denton, so don't hesitate to let me know if I can help with anything.
