You would need have your home comp'd than the raw data... board would not accept that as actually documentation due to Keller has many subdivisions .

Your Realtor can guide you throught the process.... various builders have various incentives, also Woodland springs is a young area, chances are there is a resale home that will be even less with more upgrades available. BTW having a Realtor as your buyers agent SAVES you money as they work FOR your best interests.

This is a great question HOWEVER each home "stands alone" when a buyers agent determines how submit a sales offer Investigation is required . Dallas Fort Worth area(s) are not as distressed in residential sales as other areas of USA.

Wayne, I would definately attempt to protest. Take your settlement statement to your county tax office and show them what you aid for the property last year. Unfortunately there is no way to tell whether they will lower it or not without trying. I have had cases in our appraisal district, where the property just sold for lower than the appraised value and the appraisal district simply said that the buyers had gotten a bargain.

$75-$100/sqft not including the price of the lot. Of course these numbers can vary greatly depending on style, building materials, finishout. If you build a square box, with basic finishes it could cost less. If you want hardwood floors throughout the house, high end appliances in the kitchen like Sub Zero and Viking, granite in the bathrooms, etc, you could spend a lot more. ... more
